I have tested the case in version 9400 Beta 4.
Issue: Unable to "Reprint" a return from the system.
Steps to Replicate
- Enable ESDC
- Sell item 9415587.
- Process the return of the sale in 2 above.
- Reprint the return made in 3 above.
- The system gives an error:
Note: Return docket is reprinted with setup without VMS. Error :

| Hi Rashna, There are many changes for VMS in BETA 5 and this could be the reason I cannot reproduce the issue. Can you test this in BETA 5 and let me know if this is still an issue? Regards Sanjay |

| Hi Sanjay, This case has been successfully tested. Documentation is not required for the case. Test Environment - Version 9400 Beta 5
- Database - LINKSOFTQA on LINK008
- OS - Windows
Test Plan - Enable ESDC
- Sell item Milky Cool.
- Process the return of the sale in 2 above.
- Reprint the return made in 3 above. The receipt should be printed without errors - Pass
