Status: Closed
Subject: Allow users to change "Location" when a "Purchase Order" when status is "New"
Summary:

Business Scenario:

  1. Serendib Investment has 6 Branches.
  2. Purchase orders are created at the Headoffice.
  3. Inventory Items purchased from a Supplier are the same throughout the Locations therefore once a Purchase Order is created for Location 1, the same Purchase Order is then copied for Location 2, 3, 4, etc.
  4. The reason each location has its own Purchase Order so that delivery can be done at specific Locations.

Due to the above-mentioned, currently, users have to create the whole Purchase Order for each Location which could have more than 50 Inventory Items. This becomes a tedious task for the Purchasing Clerk.

Line items will need to be recomputed if the PO location is changed.
