Subject: Improve the handling of VMS Failures
Summary:
Issues
1. When vms fails users cannot close "Link POS" or shutdown the PC.
Users are  not good with computers therefore they find it difficult to use Task Manager to close applications.
2. Next time the User logs in, this can be after certain days esp for construction, law firms, and small business for which invoices are not generated daily. These clients  they don't know if any transaction has failed. As the VMS Failed dialogue box comes up. They are not aware/remember what happened.

Solution
  1. Create a Close button for the VMS Processing Dialogue box just like "Retry. This should close "Link POS
  2.  Ädd a report to show Failed/Processed VMS transactions for the user to verify what happened before calling us for support.
    1. Incorrect Tax Labels
    2. Missing Cashier TIN
    3. Missing Customer TIN
