b. Generate this report

Hi ALvis,

The report is successfully generated now. However, if we select "date from" and "date to" as the same example 15/11/2016 to 15/11/2016  (with and without shift ID filter) the report comes blank.

Hi Alvis, 

We have identified that when we process a return on the system, the Shift Close Report shows a negative sale under promotional price. The return was for an item sold at normal price. This return should be offset from the original sale quantity.
