| Summary: | Hi Sanjay, The following was raised by one of the attendees. - Inventory items are supplied with a warranty. For example item, HD005 has a year warranty.
- When the cashier processes the sale of the item the warranty should be printed on the receipt for the customer's knowledge.
- As per the current design, the cashier will be required to enter the warranty in the "Line Notes" for a transaction.
Recommendation, Can create maintenance for the warranty period and the text that should be printed on the receipts. This should be per item. If the warranty details are set up, it should be printed on the receipt at every sale of the item. |

| Hi Sanjay, If we enter the warranty details with the product description, it starts to appear on inventory reports. Clients do not want warranty details on formal reports as such as - Purchase Orders - This submitted to the suppliers
- Inventory Barcode Labels - This is printed and placed on the shelve to display the price. Warranty information on this would become invalid for items whose warranty period has elapsed.

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version:12.3 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - In Inventory -> Product Master, added POS Line Item Notes 1-4. These notes are loaded in POS when an item is added to the POS grid.
2. Affected Areas: - Product Master -> Additional Fields -> POS LIne Items Notes 1-4.
- POS -> Scan Item and check item notes.
