Summary:    

When receiving transfer request, create the location on the item if it does not exist in the inventory master file

Test case

  1. Create an item for location MAIN and add instock = 5
  2. Create a transfer from MAIN to RETAIL, quantity = 2
  3. Ship and receive transfer
  4. Verify in inventory master file

Expected result:

  1. New location (RETAIL) should be added to inventory master file instock=2
  2. Stock for (MAIN) location should be 3

  1. When transfer receive screen is opened, by default the received date will be system assigned.

When the transfer is received for a new location, the Bin No will be empty. 

The system was trying to create the record with Bin No= 0 which was causing integrity issue as Bin 0 did not exist in the location setup.

QA for product and Patch Releases
Step 1 - Developer to system test changes until not issues are found - Alvis and Sanjay to sign off on System Test
Step 2 - Product expert allocated by Consulting Manager for Product QA.
               Consulting Manager to allocate resource
               Consulting Manager to sign off on UAT and Generic Test
