We have added functionality to use full-text search if it is installed o the server.

Full-Text search is highly recommended as the search capabilities are enhanced and a lot more intelligent than simple LIKE operator.

To check if FULL TEXT is enabled on your SQL server, check this server property:

SELECT FULLTEXTSERVICEPROPERTY('IsFullTextInstalled')

You can install full text in all editions of SQL server.
