Verified the following:

  1. Sent the applicant rejection alert from the back office. Verified contents and confirmed that layout is used from document template "HRM Vacancy Application Rejected"
  2. Sent the applicant shortlisted alert from the back office. Verified contents and confirmed that layout is used from document template "HRM Vacancy Application Shortlisted"

Hi Alvis, 

Below are the test results.

1Submit a job application for applicant Sera. The job submission notification should use the contents from "Recruitment Application Submit" Pass
2Shortlist the application for Sera and send a notification.  Notifications should use the contents from "HRM Vacancy Application Shortlisted" Pass
3Reject the application for Sera and send a notification.  Notifications should use the contents from "HRM Vacancy Application Rejected" 
Pass

Note: The content of the notification was verified using the body from LT_SYS__MSG_Notification table. This is because the notification for application rejection and shortlisting was not been sent, status was "READY". As per the discussions with Sanjay, changes have been made to email schedulers, hence, we need to test the case again in Beta 2.

Sending out email is a separate case. Please close this case and UAT the sending out emails in case 8950.
