THere are duplicate maintenance forms in Payroll and HR. This change addresses the duplicates by consolidating the menus into a common simple structure.

  1. Calendar
  2. Bank
  3. Fund company
  4. Territory
  5. Branch
  6. Cost Centre
  7. User the login barcode - inventory module
  8. Organisation structure - payroll
  9. system verification report - merge this to system health check
  10. Replication data mismatch - remove this
  11. Replication configuration setup - remove this
  12. Cost center listing - move to payroll
  13. role menu access report - move to 221-5

The objective of this change is to keep items in the relevant groups. The current menu structure has some payroll items in system manager when these should be in payroll maintenance

The following changes have been made:

  1. Consolidated all leave functionality into menu 316
  2. Consolidated all roster functionality into menu 317
  3. Moved territory, branch, cost centre maintenance into menu 313
  4. Moved calendar into menu 312
  5. Moved bank and fund companies into menu 311
  6. Renumbered menus and reports 
  7. Updated help file with new menu codes
