Check list when employee did not receive leave application

Summary:

Users need check the following if leave application has been made but email notification has not been received

Checks to perform:

1. There is a valid email address entered for the employee (Menu 421).

2. Ensure Chain Approval has been set for this employee and right approvers are assigned.(Menu 407).

If the above two are correct employee should get an alert.

3. Also check if you are receiving all other alert except for this.
