Summary:    

Dear Team,

There seem to be an issue with analysis of clients ratings to respective questionnaires.

The ratings displayed is calculating 2016 survey ratings with 2017 ratings, which I assume to be incorrect.

All questions raised in the survey platform includes results from previous years and this year.

- Can there be an option to separate every year survey results for comparison purposes and for accurate reporting results?

- Can we provide a filter option for this?

Can you please update the case with sample screenshots with data and filters.

This will allow us to clearly advise the development team of the design to be made in Helpdesk.
