Subject: | Issue with configuration "Allow Partial Returns" under POS -> Global |
Summary: | 1. Explain the issue - There is a configuration under POS --> Global as "Allow Partial Returns".
- As per the discussions with Alvis, this configuration disallows users to change the quantity of the items from the original receipt when processing the returns.

2. Steps to reproduce - Process a sale of item PNT01. Sale quantity equals 3.
- Set the configuration to "No" for "Allow Partial Returns"
- Load the transaction in 1 above to process the return.
- Once the item has been loaded, click on the quantity column.
- The "Sales Return" form opens. This is for the users to change the "Quantity to Return".
- Edit the quantity from 3 to 1 and click on "Ok".
- The system gives an error. Refer to Figure 1.
3. Environment Details 4. Screenshot: Figure 1: Error
