Subject: Payroll to ESS Integration - Issue when Users have two company Records for the Same Company
Summary:
When an ESS user is created from Payroll, at the same time the same user creates a record from ESS, two entries can appear on the USER Company maintenance form.  The user then can Make one record "DISABLED", however, when updates come through Payroll, the update trigger does not check for USER Company Records that are "ENABLED". See figure 1 below.

The issue was reported by Anglican Youthworks.

Please resolve the following:

  1. The check for an entry in LT_SYS_UserCompany to make sure a duplicate entry is not created
  2. When linking to this table, check the "Enabled" flag

Hi Alvis, have a look at this issue reported by AYW. I have removed the duplicate entry. Also the company was not assigned when the user was created.

Regards
Sanjay

I have tested this on 8.11. User profile was created correctly from the automatically create process.
