Hi Sanjay, 

As per the net meeting please update notes on Normal Hours and Leave Hours on the Pay Settlement Report

Notes

Pay Settlement report outputs hours to be paid with as at "Date". Hours are calculated from the last pay date to the as at "Date" selected on the report.

Normal Hours Calculation

  • If an employee is on Timesheet  then "Normal Hours" is depicted from hours entered in the Timesheet.
  • If an employee is not on Timesheet then "Normal Hours" is calculated from the shift. Hours are depicted from the Shift Segment. Hours are between the last pay date and the selected date on the report.

Leave Accrual Calculation

Leave Accrual = Allocation / Pay Frequency / Hours per Pay * Hours Worked ( Hours Worked is the Normal Hours on the pay Settlement Report)
