- Click on "Add New". The page starts to load at this point.
- Select the required perimeters in the "Edit Form" and save.
- Nothing happens, page keeps on loading.

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version:11.20191007 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - Corrected ADD and Edit functionality in "Employee Rate Change"
2. Affected Areas: - Employee Rate Change form
3. The issue was caused by: - Coding error - button client instance name was not defined
