Standardize and cleanup POS and Backoffice menu:

  1. Add standard structure for Maintenance, Processing, and Reports
  2. Renamed "Retail" to "Point of Sale"
  3. Removed Customer menu from back-office
  4. Moved "Loyalty Adjustment" up one level and renamed to "Customer Loyalty Adjustment"
  5. Changed Business Intelligence menu code to 655 so that it appears below "prescription". Users will need to be given access to menu 655.
