Changed the Layout of the main reporter form to group and manage fields with a more fluid design.

Change Role menu access to use the Link Standard Grids

The following changes have been made:

  1. reporter form has been re-redesigned a fluid flow
  2. Added a splitter control to allow resixing the Report Viewer.
  3. Added anchor and margins
  4. Re-designed all other reporter forms to use new grid theme and filter / sort functionality

The update will be available in version 810
