Incorrect Setup - Employee Pay Category should be wages to use hourly rate

Opening this case as we have found the Employee Profile "Cay Category" is used to define "Pay Rate" and that the "Pay Rate" is not used.

This is confusing for the user.

Agreed Change:

  1. Use Employee Maintenance form "Pay Category" as an employee grouping only and not as a Pay Rate determinator
  2. Change all calculations so that the "Rate Type" is correctly used.
