  1. Navigate to LinkWeb - Recruitment - Applicant Profile.
  2. Expand into the details for applicant A006.
  3. Scroll down to the"Skill" section.
  4. Add a new record as below
    1. Code - P9
    2. Skill Level - 7
    3. Details - Applicant has experience in designing crystal reports for an NGO.
    4. Notes - Applicant plans to get certification for "Fundamentals of Report Design".
    5. Save. Below error appears
