Subject: Quote converted to Cash Sales does not flow to Integration Queue
Summary:    

When a quote is converted to Cash Sales, it does not gets completed in the Integration Queue. It is stuck with a message as Order Detail lines are incomplete. Possible reason: waiting for replication. The below reports were generated on the HQ server in Linksoft database to verify if the transaction was showing correctly.

  1. Sales Summary Detail report
  2. Cashier Reconciliation Report
  3. Transaction Report  

QA Environment Details
  1. OS version: Window Server 2012 R2 Standard
  2. Application version:9240.000Beta
  3. Database (Demo/New/Client):  DEMO
  4. Server: LINKQA4
  5. Database: LINKSOFTBR1-JIWA6513
  6. User: manager
  7. Password: 12 

    Steps to reproduce failed scenarios:

    1. Create a quote . Do not choose any customer and save this quote.
    2. Load the quote, click on Cash and complete this sale.
    3. Note when you check in POS-Web under FMIS Integration Queue you will notice this transaction with status as Order Detail lines are incomplete. Possible reason: waiting for replication.
    4. All other transactions performed after this is integrated successfully. See figure 1.1 below for message:

      Performed the following on the below environment.

      QA Environment Details
      1. OS version: Window Server 2012 R2 Standard
      2. Application version:9250.000Beta
      3. Database (Demo/New/Client):  DEMO
      4. Server: LINKQA4
      5. Database: LINKSOFTBR1-JIWA6513
      6. User: manager
      7. Password: 12 
      1. Created a quote . No customer was selected.
      2. Loaded the quote, click on Cash and completed this sale.
      3. Verified this in POSWeb of HQ which was hosted on 10.0.0.14\POS under POS-Web>>FMIS Integration Queue. It was noted that there was one line with status as  Order Detail lines are incomplete. Possible reason: waiting for replication. This was quickly completed and the line disappeared from the FMIS Integration Queue indicating all data had come through successfully.
      4. Verified under Integration>> AR Sales Order View. The order line was successfully created in this view.
      Please review and proceed to closing this case.
