Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version: 10.144

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. When a user opens backoffice menu, the station the user logs in from uses 1 station licence.
  2. There is no limit to the number of backoffice users.
  3. To remove a station from the licence count use the licence registration page to manage the licence usage.
  4. The licence structure has been changed as per the Licence regisration page.

      • Login as admin into POS and Backoffice in QA4.This should be allowed, User should be able to use inventory menus in BO.
      • Login as Sanjay into POS in Qa3. This should not be allowed, the user should be able to login into BO but should not be able to use inventory menus.
      • Disable the "POSStationLicence_Active" for QA4.
      • Login as Sanjay in QA3, the user should be able to log in, as there is one active licence. "POSStationLicence_Active" should be automatically updated in QA3.

      • Users should not be able to update user details as REPL license is invalid

      REPL license is invalid at branch bt users are able to update user accounts and log into POS.

        Following issues were resolved in the GTM Session:

        1. Licence update from "Station Base Configuration" was allowed when licence count was 0. This was corrected and tested in 10.144
        2. When replication is licence is 0, POS users were unable to login into POS. This was corrected and tested in 10.144.
        3. Zero code menus were missing from "Role Menu Access" .This was corrected and tested in 10.144.
