Subject: Add employee status filter on Employee Rate Audit Report
Summary:

Hi Sanjay,

I have tested this case in QA1 with database LINKSOFT. Version 8009.

Steps to Replicate

Set the status of an employee as Inactive

Once,  the status is set as Inactive or terminated , employee is removed from the Employee Rates menu (322).

When users generated the Employee Rate Audit. The records of Inactive/ Terminated employees does not populate. They are required to go to individual profile to verify rate.

Solution

  1. Do not remove employees from the Employee Rate menu when set as Inactive. This is because Termination will be used for altering leave dates and balances.
  2. Add "Employee Status" filter on the Employee Rate Audit Report.

Regards
Rashna

Hi Rashna,

When employee is made inactive, they can only be viewed in employee profile screen. All the other screens shows active employees only. This is how the system works by design.

To resolve this case, I have added employee status filter in employee rate audit report.

Alvis
