Dear Team,

I have created the following role, with this level of access control:

1. Role – HR
2. Organization Access – 1001
3. Pay Team Access – FTN
4. Modules Access – HRM
5. Menu Access – everything in HR
   

Created a user and assigned this role to this user.

When the user logged in, on menu 421, he is only able to see employees who are in the FTN pay team, but when he logged into reporter and generates the Employee Profile Report, he is able to access data for all employees.

For example, this user is unable to see employee E003 on menu 421 but can access information in reporter. Refer to image below:

The access level breaks in reporter. If a specific pay team is assigned to a user, he should only be able to access that much data in reporter as well.

This has been tested in the demo database. Please look into this.

I request for a patch for version 949.

Please refer to case 4179, 4156 and 5001 that has the original design for the Pay Team feature. 

As per the current design, reports in the payroll section (menu 300) were implemented to restrict by pay team access. Some reports were excluded as they needed to include all employees for the report to be accurate. For example, Report name "PAYE Annual Summary".

3. On each report, "header description" clearly state the following if employees are restricted by pay team access: "Employees in this report are restricted by "Pay Team" access"
4. The above changes will be implemented in version 10.2.

1. Report procedures use a common function to extract the list of employees
2. A message is displayed on the report when the "Pay Team" access is configured. The message is: "Employee(s) are restricted by the following "Pay Teams": <Pay Team List>. "Pay Team" access is configured in menu "221-2-Role Organisation Access"."

The case was tested as below

1. User "Sanjay" has access to "FTN and WKL" on company 1001. The user had access to all pay teams in 1002.
2. User "Admin" had access to all companies.
   
3. The reports were tested
   1. Generated reported with company 1001 and 1002 and validated the reports.
   2. Generated the reported with employee E001. E001 is set with MTM pay team.
   3. Validated the report with status "Active"
   4. Validated the report which has "PAy Team" filters,
