Subject: When the Integration Part No. is a non-physical item in Jiwa, the sales order quantity is reflected incorrectly
Summary:

Problem Details

The integration part number is created as a non-physical item in Jiwa.

When a billable time entry is approved in ESS, a sales order is created in Jiwa however, the sales order quantity is reflected as an ordered quantity (is in red).

Therefore when this sales order will be processed, the billable amount will be posted as zero.

Hi Karishma,

I have resolved the issue with backorder quantities when billable time entry is processed.

Also, note that Time Entry billing settings for ARSalesOrder should be "Use LinkSOFT Inventory = No"

regards
Alvis

Hi Karishma

The items will go RED if you don't have enough stock in JIWA.

Can you confirm that the item has sufficient stock at hand?

regards
Alvis
