Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have verified the case in version 9400.

Test Enviornment

  • Version 9400 Beta 1
  • Database - LINKSOFT on QA1
  • Application on QA1
  • OS - Windows

Issue : Items are not clearly output on the Customer Statement Report.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. For Custommer CU000001.
  2. Process a credit sales with below items:
    1. 0679920073 - Milky Cool
    2. 0679920081 - Milk Ice Block
    3. 94155877 - Anchor Lite Milk 1L.
  3. Generate the Customer Statement with format - Standard - Portrait.
  4. Set the filter "Show Items" to "Y".
  5. The products are not displayed clearly.Refer to Figure 1.
Note: This is an issue with all statment formats.

    1. Verified all the different statement formats
    2. Multiple items are displayed in separate lines
    3. Vertical lines are not overlapping over item description.

    Hi ALvis, 

    Can you please make the following changes to improve the presentation of the report.

    1. Reduce the size of transaction number to fit 16 digits. Eg RC012345678900000
    2. Reduce the amount column to fit 9 digits including the decimal points eg 999,999.99. 
    3. Reduce the date column to fit dd/mm/yyyy.
    4. Use the remaining space for reference.
    5. Move the invoice line items to fit into the reference column. Wrap to new a line if more space is required for the item description.
