Subject: Multiple AM invoices have been created in Jiwa for a particular client based on number of invoices issued- Recurring for all clients.
Summary:

Hi Sanjay,

Further to our meeting, we have diagnosed that FMS Portal has created multiple AM sales orders in Jiwa for a particular client based on the number of invoices issued to them.

For example:

Nands Pharmacy has 6 licence invoices on which AM is charged and thus 6 sales orders has been created in Jiwa for Nands.

The system should have created one sales order for Nands Pharmacy reflecting these 6 invoices in it.

Kindly if you may address this issue.

Regards
Karishma
