Hi Sanjay, 

Please refer to customer case 5393 - User unable to view applicant.

Users at LTA accept manual application. They create the applicant's profile on menu 454-1. However, these applicants are not reflected in ESS.

This is has been diagnosed at LTA where it has been identified there is a bug in the procedure. Please update the standard build.
