Steps to Replicate

  1. Generate the "Customer Loyalty Transaction Report" with dates as "01/01/2019" to "31/02/2019"
  2. The report is generated but the date is not correct in the report. Refer to Figure 1.

Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Corrected the display for date format in the crystal file. 

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. The crystal framework for date format is case sensitive. The required format should be "dd/MM/yyyy".
