Subject: Priority, Category and Group display in Helpdesk should show Deleted items in the main display. Do No show DELETED items in the Edit form.
Summary:    We are able to mark Helpdesk Priority, Category and Group's as DELETED. When this is done, the grids showing the calls with the DELETED category should show the correct category, while the EDIT FORM should show the NOT DELETED lists.
