Hi Sanjeet,

The issue has been resolved. The issue was caused by the environment's Crystal Reports Framework Installation and affected all reports.

Crystal Reports 13.20 (32 bit) was reinstalled to resolve the issue and the Terminal server restarted.

The cause of the issue has not been identified.

Since this affected all reports, I have changed the GROUP from "Software Defect" to "Support Assistance" and the Category from "HRIS" to Framework.

The Case subject has also been changed so that the "SEARCH" will find the issue easily.

Please review and close this case.

Hi Sanjeet, Jiwa 7.2 client is not compatible with LinkSOFT 10 client due to Crystal Runtime requirements, therefore the two cannot be installed on the same TS. Jiwa 7.2 requires Crystal Runtime 13.0.21. LinkSOFT requires 13.0.20

I have updated the runtime to be compatible with JIWA so you can go ahead with your AM invoices.

If you need to use link reporter we will need to set this up on another terminal.

I will look into why JIWA was upgraded to 7.2 without a compatibility check.

Corrected the issue by manually forcing the Reporter Runtime to be compatible with JIWA. See the following thread for details.

Attached is the Reporter configuration file with the required changes in order for LinkSOFT to work with JIWA 7.2

When you install JIWA 7.2 it places a new set of runtime which prevents LinkSOFT reports from working. use the config file in the case to make LinkSOFT work

Hi Rashna, please update the documentation with JIWA 7.1 compatibility as 7.2 uses a new Crystal runtime that is not compatible.

Hi Sanjay,

This patch has solved the reporter issue, but reports generated on the web platform is still an issue.

Regards
Sanjeet

Hi Sanjeet, you would have to do a similar change to the Web-Config file. See the following thread for details.

In V11 build dated after 1st August, we have added support for Crystal Runtime 13.0.25 which will resolve the compatibility issue with Jiwa 7.2
