There process "HEL System Health Check" is repeated 8 times in Helpdesk.

This has been tested in v8.12 in New database.

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1.  Corrected processed build procedure to check for "system health check" before creating a new one.
  2. Created data migration script to remove duplicate "system health check" process. This script is included in the upgrade process.
