| Summary: | Justification: With the soft ESDC method introduced by FRSC for Fiji's VAT Monitoring System, we would need the ESDC configuration to be machine specific as multiple client PC's will have soft ESDC installed and have their own smart cards.

| The following changes have been made to ESDC processing: - Removed Database settings for ESDC
- Added machine specific settings for ESDC
- Changed processing to use machine-specific settings
Note: - If several machines need to connect to a single SDC, each machine will need to be configured to point to the single SDC
- You can have groups of machines using a common SDC
