Subject: UAT - Incorrect Leave Date Allocation after employee is marked from inactive to active
Summary:

Dear Sanjay,

The system is displaying incorrect leave allocation date after employee's profile was re-activated.

Steps To Replicate:

  1. Employee ABC0012 start date was 01/01/2018
  2. Leaves were accrued using menu 316-7 till June (period 6)
  3. This employee was than made "Inactive" having the termination date as "30/06/2019"
  4. All leaves were voided
  5. Another set of leave accruals were performed using menu 316-7 for July  (period 7)
  6. The employee profile later re-activated having the start date as "01/08/2019.
  7. When the leave "AAL" was assigned and saved, the leave date read as "01/01/2020 - 31/12/2020" [Figure 1]
  8. When the leave accruals were again performed using menu 316-7 for August (period 8), the accruals were successfully passed. This is reflected in both the Allocation screen and also the Leave Transaction Report. [Figure 2]
