HI Rashna, I was unable to reproduce the issue.

The Date From is set to the First Day of the week and the Date To is set to Today.

I have changed this so the Date from is today - 7 days, and the Date To is today.

This update will be in 926

Hi Guys

Further to our skype conversation yesterday requesting for the following changes:

  1. Date from and date to at the GL integration menus to be defaulted to only one day as oppose to a week.
  2. Status to be filtered with Invalid and Error records as oppose to loading all records so that loading is faster on this screen. Users can clear filter and review other completed records where required.
  3. If possible add wild card search as oppose to Normal search so that users can search for other records without having to clear the status filter.
Justification:

The above request comes after analyzing the below clients who are currently using Linksoft to Jiwa POS integration
  1. EXTRA supermarket has weekly sales order line of approximately 17,000. This is their slack period. During Festive season like Christmas and New Year is goes up to 23,000 Sales order line. This is from one location with 6 checkouts. The numbers would double once their Suva Branch opens and we do not want the performance of the Integration View to be affected.
  2. On The Go has Sales Order lines of approximately 380,000 per month. This averages to 88,000 per week and 12,000 per day. Hence the above 3 change is requested.
  3. Luna Eva has the same setup and their average records coming from supermarket and 5 service station is approximately 4000 sales order lines per day.

Vineet Ram

Hi Vineet,

We have changed the date filters to the current date.

We will not be making the filter changes as you have not provided us with a database with the volumes described.

Please create a new case for next release with sample database so we can build the necessary search filters.

regards
Sanjay/Alvis

QA details:

Server:
LINKQA1
Database: LINKSOFTHQ-JIWA6513
POSWEB: 10.0.0.14/POS

Please proceed to closing this case.
