We have done the setup on QA3 and below are the details:

  1. Server: LINKQA4\CP1
  2. Database Name: CLIENT-COKE-LINKSOFT
  3. Version: 13.03.0917.GA

Steps to Reproduce Issue;

  1. Navigate to Time Approval Menu
  2. Filter Record TSID 149237
  3. Select Record and Approve
  4. Processing in Progress with no effect
  5. Log is updated with this message: "Cannot change the status to Approved. Reason: Conversion failed when converting the varchar value 'H' to data type int."
Note: Username "admin" has been added as an approver in this workflow "PRODUCTION INDIRECT - Engineering TNA"

Hi Sitla, the cause of the issue is that the Time Entry has Invalid Start and End Dates in the table. The entries seem to be coming from the Biometric system, but I need to investigate this further.

Hi Vineshwar, we have found the issue with the time conversion from Timesheet to Time Entry.

The issue is caused by the incorrect use of Time Conversion. The correction is in Update 13.03.1019 which can be download from this link.

This update includes data correction for time entries created with the incorrect Time values.
