Subject: Print Park Transaction Slip does not print items added to an parked transaction
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

We have tested the case in 8007.23. Demo Database.

This is an issue with Table Management. When items are added to an existing park transaction the transaction slip printed is blank.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Login in POS (Select station as Indian Resturant)
  2. Enable Print Park Transaction Slip
  3. Set "Y" as Combine PARK transaction to an existing PARKED transaction.
  4. Enter "Table" as Default POS Customer Search Group
  5. Load an item in POS example Papri Chaat. Select Customer as Table 1. Park this transaction. 
  6. Select another item. Example, Chicken Korma. Select Customer as Table 1 and park the transaction.
  7. Save the transaction Slip,

The transaction slip printed in 7 above is blank. Refer to image below.

Additional details:When parked transaction is combined the transaction is tagged to the previously parked transaction record. We have changed the report to use the previously parked transaction to display data.

Hi Alvis, 

I have tested the case in QA2 with 8007.23.

I have applied the individual patch from ftp and executed the script. 

I get the following error :

Steps to Replicate

  1. Login in POS (Select station as Indian Resturant)
  2. Enable Print Park Transaction Slip
  3. Set "Y" as Combine PARK transaction to an existing PARKED transaction.
  4. Enter "Table" as Default POS Customer Search Group
  5. Load an item in POS example Papri Chaat. Select Customer as Table 1. Enter Notes and click ok.

I have tested the case, the parked transactions are now successfully printed with the same transaction ID.

This case is now closed.
