Subject: Incorrect reflection in the Time Entry Absentees Report
Summary:

Hi Sanjay,

I have tested the case in QA1 with database LINKSOFT. Version 818.

Steps to Replicate.

  1. Create a Public Holiday on ESS with date 19/10/2017 - Diwali.
  2. Apply leave for date 18/10/2017 to 20/18/2017.
  3. Calculated leave hours is 16.00
  4. Generate the Time Sheet Import Log Report. Report shows leave application for 18/10/2017 and 19/10/2017. Leave for the 20/10/2017 is not on the report.  Refer to Figure 1
  5. Generate the Time Sheet Import Log Report filtered by Absentees - This shows employee was absent on 20/10/2017. Refer to Figure 2

    Hi Rashna,

    The following has been corrected:

    1. Timesheet log report will show leave for 18th and 20th.
    2. Since employee hasn't worked on 19th, we cannot show data in holiday column
    3. Absent report excludes leave dates for 18th and 20th as well as holiday date for 19th.

    regards
    Alvis
