Subject: Add Menu instructions to all forms so that we can get customers to instruct their users on any special instructions
Summary:    

All menus need a way for customers to describe the menu or provide instructions specific to their environment.

Design approved by Sanjay:

  1. Add a "Menu Description" on the Menu Maintenance
  2. If there is a value in this field, display it at the top of the form
  3. We also have a System Menu Description where we can set instructions specific to each menu
  4. If the user has an instruction, we do not show the System Description, we show the user instruction instead

  1. Added new field called "Menu Instructions" with HTML editor to Menu Maintenance
  2. When Instructions are placed here, we display it in the relevant form

  1. Creates a menu instruction for "Applicant Profile"
  2. Verified the instructions displays correctly ion the "Applicant Profile" form
  3. Repeated and verified for the following menus:
    1. Menu Maintenance
    2. Create User
