Summary:    
1. Explain the issue

Unable to create a new employee profile.


2. Steps to reproduce
  1. Go to menu 321
  2. Click on "Add New".
  3. Enter the details on the  "Private" tab.
  4. Enter the details on the  "Current Service" tab.
  5. Enter the details on the  "Payment" tab.
  6. The system does not allow the user to proceed with data entry. Systems prompts a Message. Refer to Figure 1.
  7. The message repeats every time, I click "Ok" on it

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Removed the message validation from the screen.

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. The message validation was not required and was prompting before user entered data.
