API calls for XERO should use LastReadDate as the Current time instead of the Record datetime stamp. This will allow the throttle limit to work better

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 14.60

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed "LastReadDate" to local Datetime
  2. Changed API calls to translate to UTC

3. Affected Areas:

  1. All XERO API calls

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Software Defect

5. Other Relevant Notes

  1. Verified that when the API calls complete, the current DateTime is reflected in the "LastReadDate" instead of the "Last Modified Date of the Last Record"
  2. Data extraction "Throttle Limits" will not apply

6. Next Step (Review and System Test (Developer) -> UAT (Quality) -> Documentation): Closure
