Hi Sanjay
1. Explain the issue
  1. Max Employee License for HRM is 100.
  2. Employee License used is 52.
  3. However, we are unable to create a new employee in 321 and 421

2. Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a Demo LINKSOFT database.
  2. Request License.
  3. Navigate to 321 in Payroll.
  4. Click on the "Add New" icon on the system.
  5. Systems prompt message. Refer to Figure 1.

3. Environment Details
  • Version 95 Alpha 1
  • Database -  LINKSOFT-UAT95-LINKFJ
  • Server - QA4
  • Setup - Demo

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Changed back-office max employee count to use HRM license.

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Max employee was reading from PAY license which was merged with HRM.
