Subject: Add new functionality to allow calls to be quality checked
Summary:    
When calls are closed, we need the ability to quality check the case to ensure that all details are accurate and completed according to policy requirements.

Design:
  1. Add a new table called QualityControl with three new fields named Date, CheckedBy, and Notes
  2. Add a new firm that loads all calls that have not been quality checked
  3. User can then review and add pass/fail and notes
  4. If a call is open, it can have multiple quality checks until it is closed
  5. Once closed, a call can have only one quality check
  6. Add QA flag to main call view
  7. No change to alerts
  8. Insert quality check as notes against a call

Hi Alvis,

Can you do the following:

  1. Create a menu under helpdesk maintenance
  2. Create the table to hold calls and QA comments, iserid, datechecked, passfail
  3. Create the select script to list all calls that are OPEN OR are closed and do not have a quality check against them
  4. Create the Insert script that will update table in 1. above and insert in call notes

Created new table named: LT_HEL_QualityControl, with the following Fields
  1. ID - GUID - PH
  2. CallID
  3. DateEntered
  4. UserEntered - UserID
  5. Comments
  6. PassFail
Created procedure: LT_HEL_QualityControl_SELECT (UserID and CompanyID)Added form to load all calls that do not have quality check completedAdded form for Quality Control form with MaintenanceAdded detail view to show call DocumentAdded Notes against each call

Quality control UAT has been performed and the following changes were made:
  1. All open cases will be shown in quality control.
  2. Closed cases will be shown in quality control if it has failed.
  3. Comments are added to the call for each quality control entry.
