PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version:14.30

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Process SYS004 added a new option to "FTP Upload to custom FTP server". Configuration items are:
    1. FTP Server address
    2. FTP Server username
    3. FTP Server password
    4. FTP Server - Use Passive Mode
  2. If this option is enabled, backups will be flagged to upload to the FTP address defined
  3. The scheduled task "Maintenance tasks" in the menu "Global Administration ~> Process Setup" will upload data to the FTP server
  4. The Delete function is not enabled for Custom FTP. The delete is designed for FTP Upload only (Link Cloud Backup)

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Database Backup
  2. Maintenance task to upload backups to FTP

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Change request

FTP backup at the Link Technologies repository should be deleted. Custom FTP should remain on the server

5SET an incorrect FTP server address and resend backup
The error message should be available on the logs

Backup is marked as "Completed" when uploaded to Link Technologies FTP Server even if CUSTOM FTP fails. To verify Custom FTP, review "FTP Custom Upload Date" and Error Logs
