Subject: Voided Shift is being picked up in Roster Upload Excel
Summary:

Hi Sanjay

While trying to upload Roster Schedule via the upload template, the voided shift is being picked up.

DS - ACTIVE, NS - VOID

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create Schedule LTRS000001
  2. On Roster Upload excel:
    • Roster Code = 'GEN'
    • Roster Schedule Code = 'LTRS000001'
    • Date From = '24/12/2018'
    • Date To = '24/12/2018'
    • Click on Load
  3. Enter Other employees ID and current Shift
  4. Click on the "New Shift ID"
  5. In the dropdown, there was DS and NS both appearing
  6. NS is a voided shift
The Shift dropdown should not be reflecting any shift which is voided. This is not a issue when editing is done via the Edit Schedule menu in Backoffice.
