Subject: Timesheet "Import, Submit & Approve" does not function as required
Summary:    

Dear Sanjay,

The following configuration enabled in the Device setting "Import, Submit & Approve" did not function as required.

Steps To Replicate:

  1. Login Via user ABC0001, pswd: 12
  2. Configured the following in ESS:
    • Timesheet Import --> Devices --> Mark the first device as "active" with the setting "Import Submit and Approve"
    • Imported file "ApproveQA4.csv"
    • The file was imported successfully
    • Verified the entries on the Timesheets Screen, all entries were marked as "Valid"
Having the above configuration, all Valid entries should have been marked as "completed" 


Environment Details for New database:

Server: 10.0.0.14
Database: LINKSOFT_NEW

Hi Aarti,

The system will automatically approve the timesheet based on the configuration below:

"Timesheet import automatic approve days buffer. Time entries past the days buffer will be picked by the automatic approve process."
