Subject: Improve performance on "search for cases" in Helpdesk
Summary:    The "search for cases" performance needs to be improved as the time taken to search is slowing the search forms. Can you come up with a design to "pre-clean" and store search data for helpdesk cases?.

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Search for cases has been refactored to improve performance.
  2. Removed search from text change. Use the search button to search. This is done so that search is called once only.
  3. Removed hours column as it was an overhead.
