Summary:    Users are not able to submit an application when they registered with username more than 16 characters long.

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. The issue is caused by the data size limitation for applicant ID in BackOffice. This limit is 16 characters.
  2. The following were done to resolve this:
    1. Created a function to generate a unique username for users registered with more than 16 characters.
    2. This username is used when submitting applications.
    3. Changed all related links in RM reports to use username stored in LT_RM_Applicant table instead of the logged in username.
    4. Created a utility to correct data for users having more than 16 characters in the username. This utility is executed as part of an upgrade.
