Subject: Improvement required in the "Employee Exit Details" report.
Summary:    

Below improvements are required

  1. Write the full description for COS Issued as "Certificate of Service Issued".
  2. When generating the report in LinkWeb, numbers are added to the content which merges the content in "Crystal View" and gives an incorrect output for "PDF". Refer to Figure 1.
  3. "Exit Interview" detail is on the screen not but in the report. We should include this in the report to make the details available.
