I have tested the case with 8.10. Steps to Replicate. - Import ESS Time with no end time. Time is Invalid
- User X edits the time entry with a end time. Time has status as Modified.
- When users generate the Time Entry Log Report with the filter "Incomplete Time Entry". The modified times appear on the report.
Refer to images below. Record for 23/02/2017 has been modified. 
This is still shown on the Incomplete Entry Report. 
Clients are complaining that complete entries are shown on the report. Can we have modified records not shown with filter "Incomplete Time Entry". In addition add a remark on the Time Log Report to modified times. Regards

| Hi Alvis, Case has failed. Modified time still appears on the Time Sheet log report filtered by Incomplete Time Entry. Regards

| 1. Was this test completed using Demo / New / Other database? Demo 2. Did the test pass or fail? Pass 3. Tab order, spelling, alignment, font size consistency, screen size etc checked? Pass 4. Data verified, saved, edit, delete/void? Pass 5. Documentation update required?
Additional Details (Risks, issues, special conditions required for this test to pass etc): Test Plan - Import a time with no End Time. Example - Employee E001, 12/02/2017 In at 8.00am
- Generate the Time Sheet Log Report . Choose report filter as "Incomplete Time Entry". The above record should show on the report.
- Edit the Employees time under Timesheet. Set the time as Start 8.00am End 5pm.
- Generate the Time Sheet Log Report . Choose report filter as "Incomplete Time Entry". The record in 3 should not show on the report
