When the leave generation menu (328-1) is used, the "Approved by" user displayed on the leave transaction report is default to "Linkadmin".

We would like this to change and display the “Approved by" as the person logged in.

Justification – some clients use this menu and generate leaves. Most of the time, they overlook and ignore the "Leave From" and "Leave To" filters, resulting in employees being assigned ALL types of leaves. For example, Male get assigned Maternity Leave. When such a scenario occurs, Clients require our team to clean up their leaves and we are unable to bill this task because we have no way of proving that this was done by a particular user from their organisation.

Required – The leave transaction report displays the “Linkadmin” user by default, need this to change and display the user logged in into the system. Refer to image below:

Test Plan:

The following changes have been made:

1. Removed trigger from HR_EMP_LEAVE table and added this functionality to procedure LT_HRM_EMP_LEAVE_UPDATE. This procedure tags the backoffice user when creating leave accrual entry.
2. Changed leave accural process to capture the logged in user who performs the pay update.
3. Changed payroll excel upload template - leave balance sheet to tag EXCEL user.
